In the downloaded version you can:
- Click on the recipe in the table of contents and it will jump to it
- Then just click on the link at the bottom left of the page and you'll go back to the top
- It's easier to read on a larger screen but you can zoom in and out on a smartphone if you prefer.
You can print as many or as few recipes as you want if you download it - or just the page that is showing online (we recommend you check 'print preview' first to make sure you only print what you want).

If you're thinking of fasting during Ramadan please download and read the relevant leaflet(s) below, depending on whether you will be in Phase 1, 2 or 3 during the holy month. This will help you make a fully informed decision.
If you do decide to fast then you must speak to your GP about any medications changes and we ask you to please let us know too.
