 You can page through online but these are much easier to scroll through if you download them.  To download just click on the blue link above the documents below.  

In the downloaded version you can:

- Click on the recipe in the table of contents and it will jump to it 

- Then just click on the link at the bottom left of the page and you'll go back to the top

Resources for participants observing Ramadan

  If you're thinking of fasting during Ramadan please download and read the relevant leaflet(s) below, depending on whether you will be in Phase 1, 2 or 3 during the holy month. This will help you make a fully informed decision. 

If you do decide to fast then you must speak to your GP about any medications changes and we ask you to please let us know too. 

Either way, we hope this information is helpful.
