Healthier You Session 1 - Highlights

Understanding pre-diabetes

Welcome to Healthier You, the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme!  We hope you find the programme helpful and enjoyable. 


The document below includes highlights from Session 1 of your  Workbook.  As they're taking you through your first virtual session your Reed Wellbeing Coach will advise you when it will be useful to look at different pages. As they'll explain it's not meant to be a standalone guide but supports their delivery and your learning and experience. 


By the time you get to Session 2 you'll have been sent a complete paper Workbook, including these pages and more for Session 1.  We recommend you look over them all before you attend Session 2 as they'll refresh your memory and you might find some of the additional content helpful.
